We may pay distributions from sources other than cash flow from operations, including, without limitation, the sale of assets, borrowings, or offering proceeds. To date, cash flow from operations has been sufficient to cover cumulative distributions. Year to date cumulative distributions have been funded 89% by funds from operations and 11% from the sale of assets and borrowings. Distribution payments are not guaranteed and may be modified at the Company’s discretion.
