“We are incredibly proud of our track record of accomplishing one of our primary investment objectives -generating reliable, durable income for distribution to our valued stockholders,” said Allan Swaringen, President and CEO of JLL Income Property Trust. “We’ve now achieved that for 10 consecutive years, including throughout the economically depressed pandemic environment. Now, amid a prolonged yield-starved environment, we believe that core real estate is an important piece of investors’ portfolios and has proven its benefits over the long-term.”

A third quarter dividend of $0.135 per share, less applicable share class-specific fees, was paid according to the table below on September 29, 2021, to stockholders of record as of September 24, 2021. Any future dividends will be approved at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
